'CUMBRE FLAMENCA' in the Madrid metro

From September 12th to 16th, in Madrid’s underground metro station Nuevos Ministerios, a series of shows is to be offered including artists like Juan Peña Lebrijano with his presentation «Casablanca», dancer Manuela Carrasco with the show «Un sorbito de lo sublime» and Antonio el Pipa and company with «De la Tierra».

In guitar, Tomatito’s sextet will
offer a flamenco recital with Diego Amador and the dance of Juan de Juan.
An emerging star, Falete, who is hard to classify – between flamenco
and Spanish song – will also participate in the series.

As on previous occasions the Madrid public transportation system brings
flamenco to its platforms, free of charge, this time within the series
titled “Cumbre Flamenca”. Flamenco took no summer holiday
in Madrid, with a number of shows at the Jardines de Sabatini and the
Teatro Pradillo. September brings another eight shows of high quality…and
the party continues!
